This individual will be responsible for the overall maintenance, coordination, and day-to-day functionality of the space, working closely with building engineers, maintenance teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless operations in a high-end environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and support maintenance of HVAC, building controls, lighting, shade systems, and other core building infrastructurePartner with IT to support video, PC, networking, and audio/visual systems within the spaceEnhance and integrate facility systems with new technologies to improve operational efficiency (including design, implementation, and ongoing support)Oversee contractors from proposal through project completion, including scope review, relationship management, and safety complianceCoordinate the protection, handling, and care of high-end art, luxury finishes, and specialty materialsQualifications & Experience:College degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field and 5+ years of facilities experience; or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, specialized training, and hands-on experienceExcellent knowledge of HVAC, MEP, lighting, automation control systems, and commercial building equipmentStrong understanding of building infrastructure and vendor managementIntermediate knowledge of Information Technology, networking, and audio/visual systemsExperience with high-end finishes (Venetian plaster highly desirable)Familiarity with handling or preserving high-value artwork is a plus (a dedicated art team manages inspections and movement, but general preservation awareness is beneficial)The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a meticulously maintained, high-end space. They should be tech-savvy as it relates to building systems and facility operations, with a strong sense of ownership and professionalism.
