Salary and Compensation
Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all facility equipment and systems.
- Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors for facility projects and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to facility operations.
- Manage facility budgets, expenses, and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support company operations and enhance facility performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Facilities Management experience.
- Proven experience in facilities management or engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software and facility management software.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
