Job Description
Position Summary: Perform electrical maintenance and repair of building.
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid Texas Driver License.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial electrical work.
- Possess a valid Texas Electrical Journeyman License.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for uploading pictures and completing work orders.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Install and bend EMT conduit.
- Set and install fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Pull and terminate wires.
- Upload pictures and close out work orders using designated software.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Ensure reliable transportation and personal tools.
