- 3-5+ years of maintenance/ custodia; management experience within a production/ manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.

- Experience with profit & loss and/or budget management.
- Experience overseeing facility maintenance operations.

Day-to-Day:
- Direct all facility maintenance and engineering operations.
- Lead maintenance managers, supervisors, and frontline employees.
- Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire/life safety, water treatment, and utility systems.
- Manage vendor relationships and service providers.
- Develop and manage operational forecasts and budgets.
- Maintain financial accountability and capital planning.
- Conduct facility assessments and implement corrective action plans.
- Partner with client leadership and conduct operational rounding.
- Drive employee engagement, development, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with contract obligations and safety programs.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and service expansion.
