Facilities Director, Senior Care — 8:00–4:30 PM, Great Balance

Complete Care Barn Hill in Newton, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Director who will oversee daily maintenance, repairs, and safety. This hands-on role requires managing building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, coordinating with staff, and ensuring a well-maintained, safe environment for residents.

The ideal candidate has experience in LTC maintenance, strong troubleshooting and leadership, excellent communication, and flexibility for occasional emergencies outside regular hours.
