This role is essential to maintaining operational continuity by tracking, documenting, and resolving compliance issues efficiently. You will collaborate closely with Facility Managers, vendors, municipalities, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure all violations are addressed promptly and accurately.

Your expertise in research, documentation, and cross-functional coordination will directly support Capital One's facilities operations and drive continuous improvement in compliance management processes.What your day-to-day will look like:Oversee and manage incoming inquiries within the shared department inboxMonitor the entire lifecycle of active violations from initial alert through final resolution, documenting milestones, vendor efforts, and municipal communicationsReview and audit funding requests, invoices, payments, and supporting documentationCollaborate with facility managers, vendors, and local authorities to expedite issue resolution and ensure operational complianceInvestigate recurring violations by researching regulatory frameworks, property ownership, and historical records to identify root causesAnalyze compliance trends, identify operational risks, and propose opportunities for procedural standardization and improvementEnsure all trackers and compliance documentation are maintained with high accuracySupport cross-functional initiatives, reporting requirements, and ad-hoc projects as business needs evolveRequired Qualifications:Prior experience working within commercial real estate, facility management, or property operationsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and DriveOutstanding verbal and written communication skills paired with a strong commitment to customer serviceExcellent organizational abilities and proven capability to multitask and manage projects efficiently under tight schedulesAbility to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure environmentsHighly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively with minimal supervisionPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with utilizing Corrigo or similar work order tracking systemsExperience processing compliance violations and requesting funding in a corporate facilities environmentStrong research skills and attention to detailExperience building and maintaining documentation systemsTech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new digital tools and platformsLocation: Richmond, VA or Plano, TXWork Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pmWork Model: HybridThis position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position:45,700.00 – 66,300.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
