Facilities Coordinator

Our Client a well known Investment Bank is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in their New York, New York Location!

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate facility operations across multiple sites.
• Serve as a central communication point for facility-related issues and escalations.
• Answer incoming calls and assess situations to determine appropriate response actions.
• Dispatch and coordinate technicians, vendors, and facility responders as needed.
• Support preventive maintenance scheduling and maintenance planning activities.
• Track building operations issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Respond to after-hours, weekend, and emergency facility situations.
• Coordinate responses to building-related incidents such as:
• HVAC and temperature complaints
• Power outages and electrical disruptions
• Building systems alarms
• Maintenance emergencies
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure service levels and response times are met.

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of facilities, building operations, or facilities coordination experience.
• Experience working in a 24/7 operations, command center, dispatch, facilities, or critical response environment.
• Experience coordinating maintenance activities, facility work orders, or building operations support.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent issues simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders and response teams.

• Nice-to-Have Qualifications:AutoCAD experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
