Facilities CoordinatorSummary: The Facilities Coordinator Team oversees after-hours building use activities and events for Storyline Fellowship.Hours: 10-20 hours per week, mostly evenings and weekends.Ongoing TasksResponsible for opening and closing the building for internal and external use of the facilities.Responsible for engaging with and assisting those that use the facilities with any needs they might have.Responsible for setting rooms for external and internal use.Relationship with Storyline Team:I receive input from: Facilities ManagerI work with: Facilities Manager, Facilities Coordinator TeamQualifications:Responsible and dependableStrong people and communication skillsConfidence and initiative to anticipate needs within this ministry lane and execute accordinglyAbility to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basisDemonstrates proficiency with basic technology and digital toolsPay & Benefits:$17 an hourSick-leaveDisclosure: We are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our children and adults in our ministry programs.
