The foundation of our way of life has been about making memorable experiences and a positive impact within our industry and the communities in which we live and thrive.Main Responsibilities:Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and prices.Monitor the status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials, including timely resolution, communication, and mitigation of potential issues.Expedite and defer orders as required based on schedule/inventory changesManage and resolve issues regarding PO to invoice discrepancies, returns and quality issues with suppliers and internal departments for categories managedVerifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipment in order with suppliers.Prepares and submit RPR's for projectsAuthorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation.May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader.What are we looking for?High school/GEDPrevious experience in the shipping/receiving/facilities department.Excellent written, verbal and organizational skillsAbility to deal with multiple tasks and work independently.Proficient in Microsoft Office program, specifically Word and Excel.Previous knowledge and experience in Coupa or similar purchasing/procurement systemsPrevious knowledge and experience in Asgard or similar maintenance/inventory control systemsAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.Schedule: Monday-Friday, some weekends as neededExtraordinary People, Exceptional Benefits on Day OneBenefits start on your first day of work with no waiting period!Hilton Grand Vacations is committed to putting people first.
