This role offers long-term stability and the opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of public facilities throughout the region.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field assessments of building systems and facility components at various District sitesIdentify, document, and evaluate building conditions, deficiencies, and remaining service life of systems and componentsCollect and input field data using tablets, laptops, smartphones, and other digital platformsUtilize construction knowledge to identify concealed building systems located behind walls, ceilings, and floorsEvaluate facility conditions using established assessment standards and guidelinesCollaborate with trade surveyors and project teams to gather measurements, quantities, and site informationSupport special facility surveys and site investigations as neededProvide guidance and field support to staff and survey team participantsMaintain accurate documentation and communicate findings effectively with project leadership
