Michaels Organization Building Services AssistantAssists Manager Building Services with daily tasks based on the building needs each day. Work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.ResponsibilitiesMaintenance repairs at Camden HeadquartersPerform mechanical assignments, repairs and handle minor issuesAssists with coordinating events throughout the facilities within the buildingMinor painting assignments at timesSome IT knowledge to assist with issues and installation of components within the departmentLead person for concert parkingOther duties as assignedQualificationsRequired Experience: Some knowledge of building maintenance in carpentry, electrical and plumbingRequired Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalentRequired Skills and Abilities: Mechanically inclined and an understanding of event coordination. Some IT experience and an understanding of how to set up zoom meetings for events is a plus.
Ability and interest in obtaining Black Seal Engineer's license.Salary Range Information: The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position.
