Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support production equipment, facility systems, and related infrastructure.


• Coordinate, assign, and track maintenance requests and work activities.


• Perform and document preventive and predictive maintenance activities.


• Maintain required maintenance, equipment, and facility records.


• Conduct routine inspections and monitoring of facility and production systems.


• Safely handle chemicals and other regulated or hazardous materials as required.


• Perform routine troubleshooting, minor repairs, and general maintenance.


• Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of spare parts and maintenance supplies.


• Coordinate, schedule, and oversee external contractors and service providers.


• Work collaboratively with engineering, operations, and technical teams on equipment installation, qualification, testing, maintenance, and modifications in accordance with applicable quality and regulatory procedures.


• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following:

• Experience leading or coordinating maintenance, facilities, engineering, or technical activities.


• Previous experience in a facilities, engineering, manufacturing, or process-related environment.


• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.


• Effective written and verbal communication skills.


• Additional language skills are a plus.


• Proficiency with common business software and computer systems used to support maintenance, engineering, and manufacturing operations.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, a technical discipline, or a related field preferred; equivalent combinations of education, certifications, training, and relevant experience may be considered.


• At least three years of relevant experience in a comparable technical, facilities, engineering, or manufacturing role.


• Experience working in a controlled manufacturing or clean production environment is preferred.

Work Environment

• Work may take place in both office and manufacturing/production areas.


• Production areas may involve elevated noise levels; appropriate hearing protection will be required when necessary.


• Appropriate eye protection is required in designated production and work areas.


• Suitable protective footwear is required in designated areas.


• Protective gloves and other personal protective equipment may be required depending on the task.


• Additional protective equipment will be provided when required for specific work activities.


• Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.

The position may require:

• Remaining seated or stationary for extended periods when performing administrative or monitoring activities.


• Frequent use of hands and arms, including reaching, handling equipment, and performing routine maintenance activities.


• Ability to safely perform the physical activities associated with facility and equipment maintenance.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 DOE
