In this role, you will oversee building maintenance, vendor services, janitorial and engineering support, and safety programs to ensure clean, efficient, and compliant environments. You will plan and prioritize maintenance work, manage budgets, coach and schedule frontline teams, and track performance metrics.
Partnering closely with clients, you will resolve issues, support continuous improvement, and promote ABM’s culture of safety, inclusion, and service while identifying opportunities for operational excellence and cost savings.
