Touchstone Communities is seeking a Maintenance Director to help keep a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community safe, comfortable, and operating smoothly. Lead day-to-day facility maintenance, supervise and support maintenance staff, and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and emergency response. Oversee building systems, equipment, grounds, work orders, vendors, supplies, and maintenance budgets.
Promote compliance with applicable healthcare, building, fire, and workplace safety requirements, addressing hazards promptly and documenting work. Partner with community leaders and other departments to minimize disruption and support residents’ needs. Bring a hands-on, organized approach and a commitment to servant leadership, teamwork, integrity, and compassionate, dignified care for residents and families.
Healthcare or senior-care facilities experience is preferred.
