Facets Tech ConsultantLocation: Eagan, MNDuration: Contract-to-HireJob DescriptionThe Principal Facets Technology Consultant role provides technical oversight, strategic direction, and guidance for the core claims processing platform. In the short term, these roles will provide immediate relief to critical resources with overburdened workloads to ensure a successful Facets implementation on behalf of our business partners while maintaining quality and attention. In the long term, these roles secure essential domain knowledge internally, reduce reliance on external contractors, and provide the business with the expected level of support/continuity as we transition into a steady state model.
This allows the necessary leadership to continue to scale the Facets platform as the core ecosystem expands its capabilities and volume (9-10x increase in claims processing volume & ~7x increase in membership count).
