Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with all levels of personnel including, but not limited to peers and Senior Management.3-5 Years of experience in FACETs systems Membership module is mandatoryHealth plan operations experience in one or more areas: enrollment and billing, network management, medical policy and utilization management desiredExperience with complex workflows or business processesProficient in MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Project, Visio)Knowledge of SQL, ETL scripts, Java, .Net is preferredSelf-directed and adaptive to changing priorities
