Providing functional expertise across the Facets platform, the full-time remote Facets Product Consultant will lead the development and implementation of solutions, focusing on Plan/Product, Membership, and Group capabilities while collaborating with stakeholders to optimize product functionality and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of solutions across Facets Plan/Product, Membership, and Group capabilities Analyze business requirements and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements Partner with business, product, IT, and integration teams to integrate Facets capabilities with existing systems and resolve cross-functional dependencies Required qualifications Deep functional knowledge and hands-on experience with the Facets platform, particularly Plan/Product, Membership, and Group capabilities Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and end-to-end health plan business processes Experience translating business and customer requirements into functional product solutions and enhancements Experience partnering with business, product, IT, configuration, and integration teams to optimize Facets solutions Strong analytical skills and experience in stakeholder management and facilitation
