Leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Facets solutions, the full-time remote Facets Product Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable healthcare solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Key responsibilities Lead Facets product configuration, design, and implementation activities across product benefits and claims Translate business requirements into scalable Facets configuration solutions and participate in design sessions Support testing initiatives, including test case development, quality assurance, and defect resolution Required qualifications Experience in the healthcare domain with Facets implementation or enhancement projects Strong hands-on experience with Facets Product Benefits and Claims configuration Proficiency with SQL Server and experience in analysis, requirement gathering, and design activities Experience in one or more Facets modules, including Benefits & Products, Eligibility, or Claims Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
