Key responsibilities Support FACETS Benefits Configuration based on business and benefit requirements, including copays, coinsurance, and deductibles Assist with NetworX pricing configuration and related validation activities Perform configuration testing and validate expected healthcare claim outcomes Required qualifications 3 years of experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, claims processing, or benefits configuration Basic understanding of FACETS Benefits Configuration Basic understanding of NetworX pricing configuration Working knowledge of healthcare claims processing and adjudication Strong analytical skills with a willingness to learn FACETS and NetworX configuration
