Responsible for the full spectrum manufacturing of PDC (diamond) drill bits, including fabrication, finishing, repair, and inspection activities.
Responsibilities may include:
- CNC Machining
- Welding
- Brazing
- Plotting
- Grinding
- Painting
- Furnacing
- Quality Inspection
- Final Clean-Up
- General Repair and Rework Operations
Expected to learn multiple manufacturing processes and work across operational areas as production demands require.

- Are willing to work overtime and occasional weekends
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn a new trade
