We're looking for experienced TIG Welder Fabricators to join our growing manufacturing team! If you have strong stainless steel and aluminum welding skills and a passion for precision fabrication, we want to hear from you.
Important: If you're looking for a pipe welding position , this is not the right opportunity . This role is strictly for shop welding and fabrication work only .
What You'll Do:
- Fabricate high-quality steel products-frames, plates, and brackets-according to spec
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Perform accurate fit-ups, metal cutting, and TIG welding
- Conduct weld tests to ensure quality and tolerance standards are met
- Ensure finished assemblies and tanks meet exact design specifications
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of TIG welding experience with thin-walled stainless steel and aluminum
- Expertise in stainless steel fabrication
- Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and shop prints
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Physically capable of handling shop work
- Must pass a TIG weld test on aluminum and stainless steel
- Clean background and drug screening required
