Our client is seeking a Fab Operator to join the team. As a Fab Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of electronic components to given schedule using a range of equipment and processes with a cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of material to the required quality standards and standard operating procedures.
- Preparation of materials and tooling to applied standards.
- Undertake periodic quality checks on equipment and processes, as specified.
- Gathering and recording of data.
- Carry out visual inspection of product according to the device specific criteria.
- Identify non-compliant material or abnormal events, taking appropriate action as detailed in applied specifications.
- Contribute improvement activities and participate within working groups.
- Achieve production targets by undertaking tasks according to specified plan and priorities using local decision making to account for material and equipment availability.
- Interface with maintenance and engineering staff regularly throughout a shift.
- Comply with Environmental Health and Safety regulations within the working environment.
