What You'll Be Doing:
Leading a welding team of up to 20 (yep, you'll be the go-to leader on the floor!)
Supporting the Weld Supervisor and keeping projects running smoothly
Reading blueprints like a pro and turning them into real results
Welding with MIG and TIG processes as needed
Ensuring quality is on point and inspections are done right
Keeping jobs on track, on time, and up to our high standards
What We're Looking For:
TIG welding expertise (MIG welding skills too!)
Solid fabrication knowledge
Strong leadership - experience guiding and motivating a team
Blueprint reading skills and a sharp eye for detail
A drive for quality and efficiency every step of the way
