Become a Key Player as a Product Repair Technician
You will help the team deliver efficient, compliant repair services on returned equipment, ensuring products meet regulatory and customer requirements. You will work onsite on a first shift schedule (Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm), collaborating with production and quality stakeholders to drive timely turnarounds and continuous improvement.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Perform teardowns, overhauls, and functional testing of repair station products and items
- Ensure all repair work follows procedures and correct document revisions
- Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair shop equipment as required
- Document all repairs and re-certifications per regulatory, customer, and departmental requirements
- Assist in developing and implementing product improvement initiatives
- Complete required trainings to maintain job knowledge and skills
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; support variable schedules including occasional nights/weekends as needed
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to perform teardowns, overhauls, and functional testing
- Ability to read, understand, and follow manuals, blueprints, and written work instructions
- Proven troubleshooting skills to component level on complex electronic circuits
- Proficiency with computers and ability to use all hand tools
- Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field
- FAA Repair Station background
- Experience with 5S and FOD-free work practices
- SAP proficiency
- Certifications such as J-STD-001 or IPC-610
