What You Will Do

Technical oversight of the central inventory and serviceable warehouses located in Oklahoma City, Jacksonville and Cherry Point. Work with Delivery Assurance and the Program Item Managers to understand Program priorities, demand, & opportunities and work with the warehousing teams to execute. Support the Joint Deployment Distribution Enterprise (JDDE) transition and provide recommendations to streamline the process for the CONUS sites. Create an environment that fosters empowerment and talent development. Demonstrate strong strategic thinking, business judgment and innovation.

Qualifications you Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree 10 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, project management, engineering, manufacturing; OR a Master’s Degree with 7 years of experience
• Familiarity with jet engine aftermarket business
• Must be results oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Leadership/management experience
• Experience with contracts, statement of works and negotiations recommended.
• In-depth knowledge of PW/RTX internal supply policies, practices, and standard work is highly desired, as is proficiency in the complete range of SAP spares-related transactions.
• Familiarity with engine Bills of Material, spares configuration management databases, and spares provisioning tables is highly desired.
• Good analytical skills: individual must be able to organize, logically analyze and present spares information that may be pulled in from several info systems.
• Knowledge of current Department of Defense engine material and logistics support concepts is beneficial, and a good working knowledge of international shipping/export compliance

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
