What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the accounting and finance functions for the organization
- Oversee monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Manage WIP reporting, job costing, and construction financials
- Partner with ownership and operations to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making
- Oversee the accounting team while improving processes and internal controls
- Play a key role in the company's long-term financial planning and continued growth
- Prepare for a planned transition into the CFO position
