Finance ManagerWe are currently seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our team at Milwaukee Powersports. The ideal candidate for our Finance Manager position will have an outgoing personality and positive attitude, along with an expertise of building strong relationships with customers. The Finance Manager is required to review each customer's credit application, present financing options, and prepare the delivery documentation.Responsibilities:Determine the customer's need for finance and payment optionsPresent service contracts, GAP and other beneficial ancillary programsPrepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationshipAchieve monthly forecasts for F&I income, penetration levels, and customer serviceWork with lenders to have deals funded in a timely mannerQualifications:Experience RequiredMaintain a high customer satisfaction levelSelf-motivated and high-energy personalityStrong attention to detail, organized and works well in a process driven environmentValid driver's license and a good driving record
