Overview:
We are seeking a robust team of F&I training and leadership professionals to support and develop one of our key account's F&I performance at the field level. We are seeking several Field Regional Managers, District Managers, and Virtual Managers that have extensive experience in the automotive F&I industry. These opportunities are open to talent across the entire US, and all states are welcome to apply. You will be assigned dealership locations based on your current jurisdiction. Frequent travel is required (except for Virtual Managers) including corporate training at the DOWC headquarters.

FIELD DISTRICT MANAGER - Job Summary:
The Field District Manager plays a critical role in supporting DOWC’s most valued clients by delivering on-site and virtual training, reinforcing product knowledge, and ensuring operational excellence at the dealership level. This position focuses on execution and sales strategy, ensuring key account objectives are met through relationship building, training, and consistent field engagement. This requires frequent travel to key account locations and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experience.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred but not required.
- Minimum 3-5+ years of hands-on automotive F&I team management experience.
- Proven experience delivering successful F&I training and developing high-performing sales teams at the dealership level.
- Experience in F&I, automotive retail, dealership operations or dealership support is required.
- Must have proven leadership experience coaching a large team.
- Superior relationship building and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver effective and impactful training presentations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM and automotive related software.
- Ability to thrive in a multi-faceted, fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to implement improvement techniques.
- Excellent leadership capabilities and ability to manage a high-performing team through tracking KPI metrics.
- Ability to frequently travel at a district level.
FIELD REGIONAL MANAGER - Job Summary:
The Regional Manager provides leadership to a team of F&I Field District Managers and oversees the success of a designated dealership region by advancing sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. This role is responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and dealer performance across a defined region. This individual plays a pivotal role in translating corporate vision into regional execution, ensuring that business objectives, market strategies, and performance outcomes are seamlessly aligned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum of 5-10+ years of multi-dealership management or field leadership experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred but not required.
- Must have experience overseeing a multi-location team of managers.
- Extensive F&I, automotive retail, or dealership operations required.
- Proven and impactful ability to build high-performing teams and improve performance through data-driven accountability.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation skills; must be able to effectively communicate performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in CRM and automotive related software.
- Ability to travel regionally as required.
FIELD VIRTUAL MANAGER - Job Summary:
We are seeking a few remote field F&I experts to support one of DOWC's key accounts. The Virtual Manager plays a critical role in extending our key account's reach into smaller or lower-volume markets where in-store coaching may not be practical. Acting as a virtual command center, this role provides remote training, coaching, and support through digital platforms to ensure consistent dealer performance across all markets.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum of 2-5+ years of F&I training or management experience preferred.
- Must have experience training F&I sales techniques and compliance standards.
- Extensive F&I knowledge and automotive retail experience required.
- Sales training or virtual coaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills across digital platforms.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics, dashboards, and video conferencing software.
- Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
- Ability to adapt coaching methods to various dealership sizes and regions.
- Proven ability to deliver effective coaching methods via virtual conference.
