F-35 In A Box Program ManagerThe F-35 Virtual Platforms Program is seeking a highly qualified individual to lead the F-35 In a Box (FIAB) program. The FIAB Program Manager will be responsible for the overall execution of FIAB development and integration with Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) at government sites and stand up of the JSE Operational Environment in Fort Worth. The FIAB Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all contract requirements spanning multiple contracts, releases, and deliverables.Key Responsibilities Include:Manage cost, schedule and technical performance of F-35 In a Box contracts and deliver on the organization's objectives.Develop and execute program plans, manage program performance, and ensure contractual commitments are met.Lead interaction with the internal functional teams from engineering, contracts, business management, supply chain, and sustainment.Identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities.Effectively collaborate with a OneLM mindset, ensuring strategic plans and execution performance enable all facets of the broader F-35 air system across all affected business areas.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or HigherProgram or Project Management ExperienceEarned Value Management ExperienceTechnical ExperienceActive Secret ClearanceDesired Skills:Contract / Proposal ManagementCustomer Relations ExperienceTechnical Experience in a Simulation EnvironmentStrong Written, Verbal, and Presentation SkillsSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
