Salary: $80,000 Annually

We are seeking an experienced F-16 Avionics Instructor to support international training operations and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.
This role is ideal for a senior F-16 avionics professional who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and developing maintenance personnel while supporting international F-16 programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and hands-on instruction on F-16 avionics systems
- Train and mentor maintenance personnel on troubleshooting, maintenance procedures, and Technical Order compliance
- Evaluate student performance and provide technical guidance
- Support training missions in Arizona and overseas locations
- Serve as an F-16 Avionics Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of F-16 avionics experience
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance background
- Experience with Communication/Navigation, Radar, Flight Controls, Electronic Warfare, and Targeting Systems preferred
- Previous instructor, trainer, supervisor, or SME experience preferred
- USAF 7-Level/Craftsman qualification highly desired
- Ability to travel internationally for rotational assignments
