Eye Center Chief of Administration & Strategy

The Eye Center at University of California, Davis seeks a Chief Administrative Officer to lead the department's administrative operations within the School of Medicine. Reporting to the Executive Assistant Dean, the CAO will partner with the Department Chair on strategic and operational decisions across finance, HR and program leadership to support faculty and residents.

This role oversees 29 faculty and 16 residents, manages funds from state, clinical income, gifts and grants, and guides
