Now Optics is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and support the Brand Manager in achieving clinical goals under the Clinical Operations Department. You will often serve as the Manager on Duty to drive store performance and customer experience.

You will oversee training, ensure adherence to PEG clinical standards, and maintain accurate HIPAA‑compliant patient records while supporting both clinical and sales targets.
