We are looking for you!!!Compensation: Competitive starting pay rate $22.40 to $25.68Extrusion Thermoforming Machine Operator available shifts: 7:00AM - 7:00 PM & 7:00PM-7:00PM - 2-2-3 ScheduleDuties and Responsibilities:Operates and maintains multiple thermoforming lines, with ability to run all lines/packaging equipment.Troubleshoots and repairs lines to ensure minimal down time.Ensures production records are maintained in a timely and accurate fashion.Ensures quality requirements are met including perfect case audit, docket info, ZR verification, visual inspection.Trains newer employees in line operation and paperwork.Qualifications:Mechanical aptitude, demonstrated problem solving skills and effective communication skills - written and verbal are required.Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.Must be able to stand on your feet and work for an entire 12-hour shift.Must be able to climb stairs and work in an environment with high temperatures.May be required to obtain forklift certificationCompany BenefitsWith safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
