This role is ideal for candidates interested in careers in manufacturing, production, machine operation, and industrial operations. Team members in this position receive training on one or more of the following production processes:ExtrusionTapingInline cutting and drillingPost-curingProduct packaging and order fulfillmentThe Extrusion Operator plays an important role in maintaining production efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety while supporting daily manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow established work instructions and standard operating procedures to complete production activities.Set up necessary equipment based on established operating standards.Verify products meet quality standards and specifications.Measure parts using calipers, rulers, and other basic measuring tools.Support extrusion and downstream manufacturing processes as assigned.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Ability to read and write in English.Ability to perform simple math calculations.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.Safety-conscious with a commitment to following established procedures.Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift up to 40 pounds.Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.Ability to perform repetitive production and manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
