Extrusion OperatorJerome, IdahoType: TemporaryManufacturing/ProductionSalary: $18 Per Hour12 hour night / days rotating monthly shifts2-2-3 scheduleExtrusion OperatorUnder the direction of the Extrusion Manager and designated Production Supervisor, this position is responsible for extrusion machines and associated equipment in order to safely produce high-quality bags in accordance with the job safety analyses, production schedule, set-up instructions, operating procedures, quality specifications, and other published and verbal guidance.Responsibilities:Understand and follow all JSA's and safety procedures/policiesSafely and efficiently set up and operate extrusion lines to produce high-quality HDPE filmOperate extrusion lines in accordance with job safety analysis, standard operating procedures, quality procedures, and operator training to meet or exceed productivity requirements and minimize downtime and wasteEnsure that proper materials are being used in accordance with proceduresMonitor roll weights to ensure the correct gauge is maintained throughout the shiftAssure proper packaging and labeling of filmComplete daily production reportingQualifications:High School diploma or equivalent.Ability to work 12-hour day and night rotating shiftsWork overtime as requiredSatisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.
