Operate and set up extrusion equipment across all production stages, producing plastic film from multiple material types while managing single- and multiple-machine operations. This role reports to the Production Supervisor and Shift Manager.
Responsibilities
* Operate extrusion machines for plastic film production.
* Set up extrusion equipment for production runs.
* Handle multiple material types throughout the extrusion process.
* Support all stages of production.
* Manage single-machine and multiple-machine operations during assigned shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years of extrusion machine operation experience.
* Experience with extrusion equipment operation.
* Experience handling plastic materials.
* Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
