Extrusion Machine OperatorWe are now hiring for Extrusion Machine Operators for a Manufacturing facility in San Marcos, TX. Schedule: 2nd shift Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm (MUST be able to train on 1st shift for the first few weeks Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm) Pay: $26/hr + $1/hr shift differential.Responsible for overseeing the extrusion process from raw materials through finished products, while maintaining production efficiency, quality standards, and required documentation.Minimum Qualifications:Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machineryManual dexterity and proficiency with hand toolsBasic computer skillsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesMath proficiencyEffective time-management skillsAdditional Requirements:Follow all safety procedures and company policiesWork effectively as part of a teamDemonstrate reliability and flexibilityMaintain strong attention to detailAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds
