Buffalo Trace has been awarded seven distillery titles since 2000 and has also garnered more than 150 awards for its premium whiskies.Job Description/ResponsibilitiesThe Operations Coordinator is responsible for administrative functions in the Craft Bottling Departments, related to the Blanton's and Sazerac Barrel Select label preparation process; tracks upcoming production needs, tracks component inventories, prepares components for the production teams in accordance with the production schedules, and coordinates tasks for a small team of temporary employees.Qualifications/RequirementsQualificationsSuccessful candidate must have an undergraduate degree (or an equivalent combination of education and work experience)Strong oral & written communicationPlanning and organizational skillsMathematical skillsAnalytical, technical, and have problem solving skillsMust have a strong computer acumenRequires proficiency in Microsoft office productsPrevious experience in manufacturing is preferredAPICS Certification or Six Sigma Certifications are a plus
