ResponsibilitiesProvide executive-level budgetary performance support to the organization's front office.

Responsibilities include:Track and report customer's budget execution Integrate and visualize budget data from disparate data sources to create new insightsDevelop content for executive level briefings and dashboardsBrief customer leadership on budgetary issues and other topics of importanceServe as department-wide budget SME resource Educate customer's staff on budget and financial topicsDevelop improvements to the customer's budget and finance process, documentation, and governanceInterface with leadership, budget, finance, and plans staffs of subordinate organizations on substantive budgetary topicsFacilitate department-wide budget processes Drive accountability by documenting meetings, identifying actions, and ensuring timely resolutionTrack, assign, and respond to corporate actionsWork location will be in Chantilly.QualificationsRequired:Experience with relevant customer business systems (Cognos, BASIS, ALM, HIVE, TaskIt, etc.)Experience extracting budget and fiscal reporting from customer business systemsExperience creating and maintaining budget structures, including WBS, BLIs, etc.Exceptionally strong experience with Excel, including creating and using PivotTablesAbility to identify, acquire, and combine relevant business data to inform executivesExperience drafting written communications for an executive-level audienceExceptional initiative and ability to operate with limited oversightActive TS/SCI w/polyMinimum experience 12 years with BS/BA10 years with MS/MA7 years with PhDBachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted as equivalentDesired:Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBIPeraton OverviewPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy.
