Implementation Specialist IThe Implementation Specialist I manages a portfolio of assigned implementation projects, executing established implementation processes to onboard financial institutions efficiently and accurately. This role is responsible for day-to-day project coordination, client communication, and system setup activities, while following defined procedures and timelines.This position focuses on consistent execution, project tracking, and client support within a structured implementation framework, with guidance available for non-standard or complex scenarios.ResponsibilitiesManage a book of assigned implementation projects from intake through production launch using established processes and templatesServe as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation for standard scope projectsLead kickoff calls, ongoing status calls, and follow-up communicationsExecute required system setup and coordination activities across the Portal, Program Management, NetSuite, and related toolsCoordinate internal teams to complete implementation milestones and deliverablesTrack project timelines, dependencies, and required approvals; escalate risks or delays as neededMaintain accurate project documentation and status updates in HubSpotSupport testing coordination and production readiness using defined checklistsPerform routine account-management tasks such as user access updates, location maintenance, and standard configuration requestsQualificationsRequirements:Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsAttention to detail and ability to follow established procedures consistentlyClear and professional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to identify issues and escalate appropriatelyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience1–3 years of experience in project coordination, implementations, operations, or client-facing rolesElementary English proficiency communication skills necessaryExperience in financial services, payments, banking, or regulated technology environments preferredFamiliarity with HubSpot or NetSuite preferredPhysical Demands:This is a Hybrid position; ability to work from home and be onsite in the office; work a minimum of 40 hours per week;Hours are minimum 40 hours per week during company's regular business hours however evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand;Work is in a typical office environment; prolonged sitting required (1-2 hours at a time); ability to move around the office to attend meetings; deliver items; gather supplies; set up meetings; etc. lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally.Work environment: Usual office setting; close contact with employees for long periods of time.
