Express Claims SupervisorThe Express Claims Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in driving team performance and operational excellence within Tesla Insurance. Primary responsibilities include managing and developing a team of high-performing claims adjusters, while driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement—all while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. In doing so, you will directly support Tesla's mission: accelerating the growth of Tesla Insurance and helping more customers get behind the wheel of a Tesla vehicle.ResponsibilitiesContinuously develop talent by creating opportunities for direct reports to grow and acquire new skills.
