Customer Service RepresentativeAssists clients with any questions or concerns they might have with their shipments. Provides excellent customer service to achieve client satisfaction.Accurately records and logs interaction with customers to ensure data integrity for management reports and maintains productivity and service levels standards.Answer phone calls and emails in a timely, professional, and effective manner; observes corporate guidelines when addressing customer inquiries regarding shipments.Ensures that appropriate action is taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns; exhausts all available tools to ensure customer's needs are satisfied within first communication.Reaches out to respective departments outside of Export Traffic Customer Service to amend and fix any discrepancies. Escalates unique or complex issues to the appropriate supervisor for resolution when necessary.Anticipates potential problems before they arise as well as having problem solving skills to solve any unforeseen issues; goes the extra mile providing additional information to enhance customer's experience.Presence required on-site 5 days per week.Performs other duties, as assigned.This role requires working on-site in the office for five days a week, from Monday to Friday.
