Export Compliance Analyst

To support compliance efforts, the remote Export/Import Compliance Analyst will prepare and administer export/import authorizations, coordinate compliance with U.S. Government regulations, and manage documentation related to investigations and non-compliance issues on a contract basis. Key responsibilities Prepare, submit, and administer required export/import authorizations in accordance with regulations Conduct document reviews to ensure compliance with U.S. Government export and import regulations Manage file documentation for investigations and non-compliance matters, including record keeping and tracking Required qualifications Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and U.S. customs regulations Experience in export trade licensing and compliance or import Proven ability to manage legal tasks, files, and deadlines Experience in project management related to legal matters and audits Familiarity with creating and managing tracking tools for compliance purposes
