To support compliance initiatives, the full-time Export Compliance Analyst will prepare and administer export/import authorizations, coordinate compliance with U.S. Government regulations, and assist the Global Trade team in document reviews and record management while working remotely during standard business hours. Key responsibilities Prepares, submits, and administers required export/import authorizations Coordinates exports and imports in accordance with company policy and U.S. Government regulations Supports the Global Trade team with document reviews and compliance tracking for investigations and requests Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or a suitable combination of work experience and college credits 2-5 years of experience in export/import compliance or related fields Knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations Experience managing legal tasks, files, and deadlines Proficiency in creating and managing tracking tools for compliance matters
