Export Compliance Analyst

Supporting the ES Global Trade team, the remote contract Export Compliance Analyst will prepare and administer export/import authorizations, ensuring compliance with U.S. Government regulations while managing documentation and investigation matters. Key responsibilities Prepare, submit, and administer required export/import authorizations in accordance with client policy and U.S. Government regulations Conduct document reviews to ensure compliance with export and import regulations Manage file documentation related to compliance investigations, including record keeping and tracking non-compliance matters Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or a suitable combination of work experience and college credits Knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations Experience managing legal tasks and documentation Ability to create and manage tracking tools for compliance Project management experience related to legal matters and audits
