Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding child's progress. Ensure a clean and tidy daycare space. Observe and document any unusual behavior or incidents. Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere for children. Assist with basic needs such as feeding, changing diapers, and nap time. Follow all daycare policies and regulations. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Collaborate with co-workers to ensure smooth operations. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Experience working with children is advantageous.
