Required Skills
Strong SailPoint developer (IIQ/Beanshell) with Java / spring boot knowledge. I also need React JS skill along with; if not present, should be able to learn.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve Identity and Access Management (IAM) incidents for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
- Manage proactively the incident lifecycle, including identifying, categorizing, prioritizing, and resolving incidents
- Create and maintain client knowledge articles, Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), and scripts to restore normal operations
- Monitor IAM operations and escal… incidents to level three support as necessary according to established protocols
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring efficient incident management service and addressing their IAM-related needs
