To support a growing team in Bogota, the full-time Expert Recruiter will engage professional leads through various outreach methods, guide qualified professionals through the onboarding process, and connect them with consultation opportunities. Key responsibilities Contact professional leads through outbound calls, text, email, and other approved outreach methods Act with urgency to generate responses and move professionals through the onboarding and vetting process Build credible relationships with professionals while clearly presenting the value of participation Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher Verbal and written fluency in English; additional language skills are highly valued Experience in recruiting, sales, or customer outreach preferred Proactive and resourceful mindset with strong organizational skills Comfort using LinkedIn and other research tools
