Expert Computer Scientist (QAF Oversight & Monitoring)Celestar Corporation is seeking an Expert Computer Scientist (QAF Oversight & Monitoring) to support The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under the Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) task order. The primary place of performance will be at DIA Facilities across the National Capital Region (NCR).This opportunity will support multiple DIA initiatives, including the Machine-Assisted Rapid-Repository System (MARS), Object Management Services (OMS), and Object-Based Intelligence (OBI).Responsibilities include employing scientific techniques to correlate complex technical findings into narrative products, developing machine learning algorithms, integrating algorithms to support intelligence search missions, making best practice recommendations on data management, employing data science techniques to support analysis, preparing products to document findings, designing and executing testing protocols, collaborating with statisticians to develop statistical models, developing and implementing corrective actions, developing AI system maintenance schedules, collaborating with stakeholders to identify improvements, developing AI system updates, conducting technical assessments, evaluating AI system performance, developing a repository of audit findings, and supporting capability development.Required qualifications/skills include a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience, a master's degree in a related field, at least 8 years of experience in AI implementation, expertise in AI algorithms and model development, the ability to work independently, an active TS/SCI clearance, the ability to define problems and lead studies, analytic leadership, and the ability to provide strategic advice.Celestar Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
