Key Responsibilities

- nSafety & Standards: Maintain a strong commitment to company safety culture; understand and adhere to ANSI standards for tree care operations; execute safe aerial lift and tree climbing procedures.n n
- nCrew & Site Leadership: Delegate tasks effectively to Groundsman Operations Specialists; follow directions from and communicate clearly with the crew leader and team members.n n
- nEquipment & Vehicle Care: Properly maintain, inspect, and care for assigned vehicles and tree care equipment.n n
- nClient & Public Relations: Maintain a professional image on the job site; deliver excellent customer service; communicate effectively with clients and nearby members of the public.n n
Qualifications & Requirements
nMinimum Requirements: nn

- nHigh School Diploma or GEDn n
- nAt least 4 years of tree climbing experiencen n
- nValid driver's licensen n
- nUnderstanding of aerial lift operationsn n
- nAvailability to work at least 40 hours per weekn n

- nDegree in Forestry or Horticulturen n
- nISA Certified Arboristn n
